The hotel had decent wifi and was located in a central area close to public transportation and tourist attractions. The staff was polite and friendly, offering their help whenever needed. the hotel had heated rooms during the winter season which was great as temperatures outside were freezing.
The room was small, not like the pictures, and had a weird smell. The bathroom was not up to standard;

the staff provided very useful tips on how to move around the city, which saved me time and money. the hotel was located within walking distance to public transportation and main tourist attractions, making it very convenient for me.
The hotel was not well marked and the entrance was hard to find, which was especially inconvenient at night. the room on the third floor had steep spiral stairs without proper banister rails, making it a bit dangerous and difficult to climb.
